We understand that plans change.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly to get them to you fast, so timing matters.
Before Your Order Ships
If we have not yet shipped your order, we can cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
After Your Order Ships
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return eligible items following our Returns & Refunds policy. Please note that tea products cannot be returned, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs on other items.
MODIFYING YOUR ORDER
If you need to change your shipping address, add items, or remove items from your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet been processed for shipment.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During busy show seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
