RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love what you receive.
TEA PRODUCTS
All tea sales are final. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any tea products (loose leaf or tea bags), whether opened or unopened.
TEAWARE & OTHER PRODUCTS
We stand behind the quality of our handmade stoneware, teapots, tea cups, cosies, shortbread pans, and accessories.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if an item was missing from your order, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will gladly ship you a replacement or the correct item at no cost. Please include photos of any damage and your order number.
Returns for Other Reasons
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization—please contact us first to receive your authorization before sending anything back.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Important: Tea that has been opened is not returnable.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email us at ann@teaandwhimsey.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return authorization, instructions, and our mailing address.
