We choose USPS and UPS for your shipping needs.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

If products are in stock, our standard delivery time is 3-4 days from the day we receive your order. Should the order take longer to process due to merchandise availability, you will be notified by email or phone.

WHERE WE SHIP

Teaware & Accessories
All teapots, tea cups, honey pots, sugar jars, creamers, tea cosies, shortbread pans, tea strainers, and accessories ship to addresses within the United States.

Tea Products - Important Restrictions
Some of our tea products can only be shipped to Maryland addresses due to Maryland cottage food law restrictions. Tea that Ann packages herself in 2 oz bags cannot be shipped outside Maryland.

Commercially packaged teas (such as Oliver Pluff Co. tins) are nationally shippable and can be sent to any U.S. address.

If your cart includes Maryland-only tea products, those items must be shipped to a Maryland address. Orders containing restricted tea to non-Maryland addresses may need to be adjusted or canceled.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination.
